works with plaun water

I have used these nasal wash kits for years. I like that you can use plain tap water with them because of the filter. No separate filtered water needed

The jury is still out

I bought this because of the claim about using tap water instead of distilled or boiled —— which I have ignored doing anyway for umpteen years. This Soft Tip Micro-Filtered Nasal Wash System seems more fussy to use than my conventional squeeze bottles and I’m not 100% sure I’m even doing it correctly. Am I supposed to do something to clean the filter after each use by unscrewing and diassembling the device into its component parts? I’ll keep using it for a month or so and then decide if I think its worth the hassle vs. going back to the “standard” one.

Works well

The rinse mixture works well. It isn't so strong that it burns your nasal passages.
